Job Description:

Crowe is looking for motivated individuals to join its HealthCare Consulting Services practice to implement patented financial software solutions.

This person will be responsible for providing data expertise while supporting the technical and data components of the implementation. The implementations rely on data from healthcare providers. Implementation training is provided.

We are looking for professionals with experience with data housed within healthcare finance systems to advise our clients on how best to transform that data into insightful financial and operational reporting.

The individual will work with a team of data design, implementation, and validation analysts. The individual may also participate in training users of the software. Over time, the individual will have the opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in healthcare net revenue reporting.

The ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of data and technology and will have demonstrated expertise and experience in the healthcare industry. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a collaborative team atmosphere. All team members work on multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Highly effective communication skills, as well as strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
• Foundational skills in data analysis and manipulation
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• The following are preferred, but not required:
  • Experience in working on data-related implementation projects, particularly in healthcare organizations and/or professional services setting.
  • Experience working with multiple data source systems, familiarity with data management and manipulation, data validation, and data integration concepts.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare accounting and finance
• This position requires a minimum of 20% travel
