Job Description:

• Serve as subject matter expert on Microsoft BI stack, demonstrating platform capabilities and promoting the application of toolset to address business needs and maximize the value realized from technology investment.
• Participate in the systems development process, including planning and monitoring systems development efforts, coordinating activities with other groups, reviewing deliverables, and communicating status to management.
• Lead and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Architect, implement, deploy, and support data models and pipelines in an Azure environment.

• Create a proof of concepts necessary for architectural vision, strategy, and tool evaluation.
• Document, diagram, and present complex/technical material that can be understood by a non-technical audience.
• Create and deploy accurate client architecture and analyses relatively quickly.

• The individual must be a hands-on developer, ideally with 5-7+ years of experience with delivering on enterprise-level systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• The individual must have hands-on experience in Data Warehouse implementation and proficiency in designing and implementing BI infrastructure, including data models, ETL, and data integration.
• In-depth experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex data architectures on Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure/Managed Instance SQL Server, Azure Logic App, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or technology, mathematics, or computer engineering is required.
• Possess integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
