Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (lodging expenses, use of company vehicle, and $59 per diem provided when traveling)

We are accepting applications for a working Utility Construction Foreman in Fort Worth, TX. The Ideal candidate must have 2+ years of responsibility as a Foreman for stormwater utilities or water/wastewater, industrial, or commercial sites. Candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of plan sets and structural specs, heavy equipment operations and OSHAs safety regulations.

Your Responsibilities as a Utility Construction Foreman:
* Repair post construction stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, underground utilities and stormwater basins .
* Maintain equipment trailer and service vehicles.
* Operate hand-held, power tools and heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator).
* Train and supervise construction technicians.
* Travel is Monday-Friday, as needed.
* Manage project activities, budgets, documentation and timelines.
* Apply construction and regulatory compliance techniques.
* Document field observations.
* Account for and manage project materials and equipment.
* Conduct site inspections.
* Ensure safe performance of project work.
* Actively develop your own career path.

What we're looking for:
* GED or High School Diploma.
* 5-7 years of construction experience.
* Overnight travel 90% of the time.
* Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.
* Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and manage staff
* Experience with operation of heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator), power tools and concrete hand tools.
* Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping and detention/retention basins
* Able to perform manual labor, Lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces and under inclement weather conditions.
* Knowledge of stormwater & sediment and erosion control.
* Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
* Comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while understanding DOT requirements
