  • Estimated annual base pay: $152,000 (minimum) - $190,000 (midpoint) - $228,000(maximum)
  • Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Operations Professional, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Reporting to the CoE Vice President this position is responsible for multi-product family scope with high business complexity as defined by multiple products, customers and broad product mix. This position accomplishes objectives through leading a multi-disciplined team to achieve operational excellence in support of company visions, including Safety, On time Delivery, Turn Around Time, Delivered Quality, productivity improvement/cost reductions, purchased goods quality and delivery and OEM and aftermarket lead-time requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversees the production system process through a group of leaders in a product family structure, which may include any of all of the following functions: Assembly and Test, Planning, Process Engineering, Purchasing (Supplier Management, Supplier Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Techs) Product Quality Assurance and material handeling.
  • Accountable for product family metrics and performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness and cost).
  • Responsible for department budget, capital plans and staffing requirements.
  • Collaborates with, and may lead, multi-disciplined teams comprised of Systems Engineering, Development Engineering and Sales, Service and Marketing organization to optimize strategy and approaches to life cycle management, field reliability, customer issues and product improvement.
  • Accountable for product family maintenance and adherence to all related work instructions (i.e. safety rules, BDDS, etc.) and Documentation.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ yrs experience of prior product family leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • FAA FAR 145 Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) experience preferred.
